INTEGRITY IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE– BRIG GHULIKU
The Commandant of Command and Staff College-Duluti, Brigadier General Sylvester Ghuliku told Student Officers of Command and Staff Course 36/21 that integrity is of paramount impotence for their co-existence throughout their stay at the College. He pointed out when he was addressing them in Fort Ikoma Hall at the College during the Opening Ceremony on 19 July 2021.
